Our heavier fabrics are for those who use a lot of tools and who work their clothes hard on construction sites and similar places. The garments have double and triple seams in vulnerable places. The fabric's composition is also important if you are to find a garment that suits you.

100% cotton: A durable, colourfast and sanforised (preshrunk) cotton fabric which is used in all our craftsman clothing. The thick fabric is suitable for welding when flame-resistant clothing is not required. A few of the advantages of cotton are:

• Soft and comfortable.
• Always prewashed and preshrunk.
• Good for welding because it resists welding sparks.

Cotton/polyester: Warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Durable and colourfast. An all-round fabric that is used in all professions that require durable clothing. Some of the advantages of using polyester/cotton are:

• Durable.
• No shrinkage.
• Colourfast.
• More oil and water repellent than cotton.

Cordura®: We use Cordura from Dupont as reinforcement in knee pockets and other vulnerable places. Cordura is 10 times stronger than cotton and 3 times stronger than ordinary polyester fiber.
